Tim Rich reports on the Suite101.com website, "As in previous years, the first stamp release of 2011 will be the latest issue in the Lunar New Year series. This year's Lunar New Year stamp design features the Year of the Rabbit. The remaining stamp releases for 2011 include a wide variety of topics and one "repeat" stamp (Edward Hopper)."
