License Plates I Love to See

The license plate shown above was spotted on a van parked outside a recent stamp show and exhibition held in Los Angeles.

For the uninitiated...

VF = Very Fine, a description of how well a stamp is centered.

OG = Original Gum

NH = Never hinged
